Saturday 22nd September Wild Rhyl will be taking place in Glan Morfa in Rhyl. Dragon Riders BMX are exited to be taking part in offering free BMX coaching sessions as part of a fantastic event showcasing what Rhyl has to offer. 

The sessions will be free but places are limited and will allocated on a first come basis. All riders will need to complete a coaching consent form before taking part, riders under the age of 18 will need a parent of guardian to sign the form. 

All riders should wear long sleeve top and trousers and have gloves. Bikes and full face helmets will be provided.  Please arrive 15mins before the session if you want to take part. 

Session 1 -12:15 to 1pm
Session 2 - 1:30pm to 2:15pm
Session 3 -2.45pm to 3.30pm
